Due to the gravity or belt feeding system, the MJ machinery fully automatic system ensures top-level weighing accuracy; According to customer needs, the (net weight) weighing device commonly used for this series of products can be self-cleaning or easy to clean.
Once the bags are filled and closed (usually by sewing), they are transported to the palletizing device: considering the products and bags involved, the most popular choice is a four column palletizing machine, which can perform upper compaction of bag overlap and transverse layers to produce a perfectly square pallet.
For these products, Maggie also provides effective gravity or belt feeding large bag devices for many customers, and is equipped with gross or net weight scales according to the required capacity.
